《For those who can purchase goods》
公演当日のチケットをお持ちの方のみご購入いただけます。
When purchasing, we will check your performance ticket, so please be sure to present your ticket.
例：2/24（土）チケットをお持ちの方は、2/24（土）のみご購入可能です。
*Please refrain from making direct inquiries (phone calls, etc.) to the venue.
*About electronic tickets:
・Tickets for this performance will be issued electronically through the "INI OFFICIAL APP." A smartphone compatible with the smartphone app "INI OFFICIAL APP" is required to receive tickets and enter on the day of the performance.
・Receipt of electronic tickets differs depending on each advance ticket. Please check each reception page for details. (Seating information will be displayed on the day of the performance.)
・同行者の方がスマートフォンをお持ちでない場合、同行者のチケットはお申込者の端末にまとめて表示され、申込者の方と同時入場となります。当日本人確認を実施する場合がございますので、有効な身分証をお持ちください。
・For this performance, each person must bring one ticket to enter, so please use the "INI OFFICIAL APP" to distribute tickets to your companions. Please note that the applicant's tickets cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.
・同行者の方が、チケットをお受け取りいただく際、同行者の方も「INI OFFICIAL APP」をダウンロード、利用登録(無料)をしていただく必要がございます。お申込みの際は、必ず本公演の参加者全員が、対応OSを搭載し、SMS認証が利用可能なスマートフォンをお持ちかをご確認の上、お申込みください。
・If you arrive with undistributed tickets, it may take some time to enter the venue. Please be sure to allocate tickets, register your companions on the INI OFFICIAL APP, and receive tickets before your visit.
・If you cannot participate due to unavoidable reasons, please use the official trade.

《Regarding returns and exchanges》
◎We cannot exchange or return products due to customer convenience.
◎Due to the materials and production process, there may be some scratches or scuffs on the surface of the product. Please note that there are no problems with use.
◎We will make every effort to ensure that there are no mistakes in the delivery of purchased items or lack of change, but please be sure to check on the spot after making your purchase. We will not be able to respond to requests made after this time has elapsed.
◎Defective products can only be exchanged on the day of the event. Please check immediately after purchasing. Please note that if the item in question is out of stock, we may issue a refund.
《Precautions regarding product purchases, returns, and exchanges》
◎The number of items sold is limited. Some items may be sold out. Please note.
◎We are unable to accept product samples at the sales counter.
◎As there are many sales counters, there may be a time difference when it comes to notification of sold out products. Even after you place your order, if the product is sold out, you may not be able to purchase it.
◎If a product is sold out, we will notify you via product POP, but please note that there may be a time difference in the notification.
◎If the item in question is sold out, we may issue a refund.
《Precautions for goods sales locations》
◎各公演販売時間が変更になる場合がございます。
◎Staying up all night at the venue or in the vicinity of the venue, gathering from late at night, or making noise are strictly prohibited as they will disturb the neighborhood.
◎Even if you form your own line before the line-up start time, that line will be invalidated. Staff will guide you when forming a line.
◎当日の天候や状況に応じて、入場整列開始時間および入場列・待機場所を変更する場合がございます。また、運営状況に応じて、予告なしに入場方法を変更する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。またその際は、現場スタッフの指示に従っていただくようお願いいたします。
◎待機列ではスタッフの指示に従ってください。
◎The waiting line for purchasing official goods will only be filled by customers who are purchasing them. We ask that you please wait outside the merchandise area. Please refrain from waiting in line for admission.
◎The following actions will be a nuisance to other customers and are prohibited.
* Product trading at the booth venue or near the facility
* Sit-ins around the facility
*Occupying benches for long periods of time
If any of these actions are deemed to be occurring, our staff will contact you.
◎Cutting into the line or running when the line starts is extremely dangerous and is strictly prohibited.
◎各注意事項をお守りいただけない場合、ルール違反や周りの迷惑になる行為があった場合は、やむなく販売を中断することがございます。
◎悪天候により、会場販売見送り、または中止となる可能性もございます。
