Information regarding the sound check event for customers with upgraded seats at "2025 INI LIVE [XQUARE- MASTERPIECE]".
1. The identities of all participants will be verified at the "Upgrade Seat Identification Booth."
Please see below for the location of the identity verification booth and the schedule for this event.
Please be sure to complete your identity verification during reception hours.
Once your identity has been verified, you will be given a wristband on the spot.
Please do not remove your wristband until the sound check event has ended.
If your wristband is lost or damaged, it cannot be reissued for any reason.
2. Please arrive at your designated gate before the sound check event begins.
When it is time to enter, please enter through the designated gate.
When entering a sound check event, we will check both your wristband and ticket.
Please have your ticket ready. If we are unable to verify your ticket, you will not be allowed to enter.
*Please note that if you are late for the identity verification or entrance start time, you may not be allowed to enter the sound check event. In that case, please note that you may be allowed to enter after the doors for the main performance open.
*The reception desk is expected to be very busy. We ask for your cooperation in coming early.
*Please note that it may take some time to verify your identity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
*Please do not remove the wristband that you will be given after your ticket has been checked. If you do remove your wristband, you may be asked to leave, so please be careful.
*Wristbands that show signs of cutting, pasting, or tampering will not be accepted.

[Notes regarding identity verification]
On the day of the event, please bring the following documents required for identity verification.
1. Performance tickets
★Upgraded seat tickets will have the name and photo of the applicant and your companion printed on them. Please make sure to bring a ticket with your name and photo printed on it when entering the venue.
*If you have purchased multiple tickets, please receive and display the electronic tickets on the smartphones of both the applicant and each accompanying person.
*The name registered to Plus member ID at the time of application will be displayed on the ticket. Only the person registered to Plus member ID at the time of application will be allowed to enter.
*We will not accept any changes under any circumstances. Please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when applying.
*The name cannot be changed once it has been applied for. If for any reason the last name registered with OFFICIAL FANCLUB needs to change, please contact FANCLUB with the details.
*On the day of the performance, please prepare an ID with your new surname on it.
<About the electronic ticket irregular handling desk>
The electronic ticket irregular handling desk will be very busy just before the show starts.
On the day, the counter will open at the same time as the [Identity Verification Booth Reception Start Time], so please arrive with plenty of time.
Please note that if you arrive just before the show starts, you may not be able to make it in time for the sound check.
2. Valid ID
We will be conducting identity verification for all attendees. Please be sure to bring a valid form of identification* that can verify the name printed on the ticket. Please see the list below for valid forms of identification.

9. Student ID with photo *Student IDs of people aged 19 or over will not be accepted, even if they have a photo.

*Copying is not allowed in any case. Please bring the actual item within the expiration date.
*Please note that we cannot accept photocopied, handwritten, expired, or tampered with identification documents. Using tampered or counterfeit identification documents is a criminal act.
*Please note that if we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry.
*Please note that even if you are unable to enter, ticket fees and other charges will not be refunded.
*Please note that when verifying your identity, audio and video recording may be conducted to keep a record of the facts.
*The reception area is expected to be very crowded. If you arrive late for the reception or entrance start time, you may not be able to enter the sound check event. We ask for your cooperation in arriving with plenty of time.
[Notes regarding upgraded seats]
・Upgraded seats allow you to attend the main performance as well as the sound check event before the performance, and you will be able to watch the entire performance from the sound check event to the main performance from the same seat in the upgrade-only arena area.
・You will not be able to leave the venue from the time you enter the sound check event until the end of the performance. If you leave, you will not be able to re-enter. Please be aware of this in advance. You may leave your seat to use the restroom, leave your seat to use the venue's concessions, or go to the lobby for breaks, etc.
- Even if you are unable to attend the sound check event for personal reasons, the ticket price will not be refunded in part or in full.
・If you arrive late for the reception or entrance start time, you may not be allowed to enter the sound check event. In that case, you will be allowed to enter from the opening time of the main performance.
・We cannot answer any inquiries regarding seats, such as the location of upgraded seats.
・If you are selected for upgraded seats, please make sure to register your photo with Ticket Plaza by the deadline, including the applicant and accompanying persons. If you do not register your photo, you will be denied entry.
・If you have already registered, there is no need to re-register. You can check your registration status on My Page.
・All attendees will be required to present an electronic ticket displaying the purchaser's name and photo, along with identification designated by the organizer, to verify their identity. Please note that anyone who is unable to verify their identity will be denied entry.
・The upgraded seat sound check event schedule may be subject to change at short notice. In such cases, tickets cannot be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
