Please tell me how to change from "Monthly Membership Fee Course" to "Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course".

First, you need to unsubscribe from the "Monthly Membership Fee Course".

1) Login

2) Course change (withdrawal from Monthly Membership Fee Course)

If you go to [Course Change] on MY PAGE, you will be taken to the course change information page.

*Even if you press the [Course change] button, your withdrawal will not be completed immediately.

After confirming the precautions, proceed from the [Proceed to course change page] button to complete the procedure.

* It is also possible from [Unsubscribe] on MY PAGE or [Unsubscribe] at the bottom of the TOP page.

* Due to the specifications, an e-mail will be sent to you to inform you that your withdrawal has been completed. Please note.

3) After withdrawal

Please proceed from [JOIN] or [Member registration] at the bottom of the TOP page,

Select [If you have Plus member ID] and log in with your Plus member ID.

On the "Membership fee payment procedure" screen, select [Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course payment],

Once you have completed the payment, the course change will be completed.

Please note that the guidance will differ depending on when you register for the "Monthly Membership Fee Collective Payment Course".

After logging in with the same Plus member ID and password, you will be transferred to the membership fee payment screen.

Please make a payment by your preferred method.

*This is a procedure from the login page, not the new member registration page.

Example) Withdraw from Monthly Membership Fee Course in June, and register for Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course in August

You cannot use the site by taking over the member information.

Please select "Proceed to enrollment procedure" on the new enrollment page and complete the procedure.

Example) Withdraw from Monthly Membership Fee Course in July and register for Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course in July

Procedures are possible.

You can take over the membership information and use it, butif you apply within the same month,
For the current month's payment, both Monthly Membership Fee Course and Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course will be charged.

Monthly Membership Fee Course: 550 yen (tax included) + Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course Annual membership fee: 6,600 yen (tax included) = Total 7,150 yen (tax included)

<Caution 1>
Even if you withdraw, the acquired Plus member ID is still valid.
Please be sure to complete the procedure with the same Plus member ID (email address).

*If you have completed the procedure with a different email address

Since this is a new registration, you will not be able to carry over the information on the "Monthly Membership Fee Course enrollment date".

※ When Plus member ID is deleted

Plus member ID will change even if you use the same email address to complete the procedure.
Since it is different from Plus member ID used for Monthly Membership Fee Course, it cannot be transferred.

<Caution 2>
If [more than 31 days] have passed since you withdrew from Monthly Membership Fee Course, you will not be able to carry over the enrollment date.
If you wish to take over, please be sure to register for Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course [within 30 days].

<Caution 3>
If you complete the procedure within the same month, the monthly membership fee (550 yen) and annual membership fee (6,600 yen) will be duplicated.
We recommend that you withdraw at the end of the month and register for the "Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course" at the beginning of the month.
Example) Withdraw from the "Monthly Membership Fee Course" on June 30th, and register for the "Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course" on July 1st.

<Caution 4>
When you withdraw from the site, all settings related to mail delivery will be "OFF".
After re-registration, please be sure to check "E-mail magazine settings" in MY PAGE.

<Caution 5>

Please note that Monthly Membership Fee Course and Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course fees incurred during the membership period cannot be refunded.
