The renewal procedure period begins three months before the membership expiration date (including the expiration date).

Example: If the expiry date is the end of October ⇒ You can continue the procedure from August

Eligible customers will be notified via email and MY PAGE when the renewal period ends.

Please complete the procedure using the "Continue Procedure" button that will be displayed during the period.

*If [Automatic renewal] is written under the membership expiration date, no renewal procedure is required.

*The "Continuation Procedure" button will not be displayed for those who are outside the renewal procedure period or are in automatic renewal.

*Please be sure to access the site using a browser (Safari/Chrome), not the app.

▼How to pay annual membership fee
As with new memberships, you can complete the procedure using credit card payment or convenience store payment.

If you choose credit card payment when signing up for a new membership and have your membership automatically renewed, your membership will be automatically renewed after the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.

*For information on automatic renewal of credit cards, please see here.

Credit card payments will be made on the last day of the membership expiration month (or the day before if the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday).
