Tickets can only be purchased by those who have tickets on the day of the performance.

When purchasing, we will check your performance ticket, so please be sure to present your ticket.

Example: If you have a ticket for 2/24 (Sat), you can only purchase it on 2/24 (Sat).

*Please refrain from making direct inquiries (phone calls, etc.) to the venue.

*About electronic tickets:

・Tickets for this performance will be issued electronically through the "INI OFFICIAL APP." A smartphone compatible with the smartphone app "INI OFFICIAL APP" is required to receive tickets and enter on the day of the performance.

・Receipt of electronic tickets differs depending on each advance ticket. Please check each reception page for details. (Seating information will be displayed on the day of the performance.)

・If the accompanying person does not have a smartphone, their tickets will be displayed on the applicant's device and they will be able to enter at the same time as the applicant. Please bring a valid ID as you may be asked to confirm your Japanese identity.

・For this performance, each person must bring one ticket to enter, so please use the "INI OFFICIAL APP" to distribute tickets to your companions. Please note that the applicant's tickets cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.

・In order for a companion to receive a ticket, the companion must also download the "INI OFFICIAL APP" and register to use it (free of charge). When applying, please make sure that all participants in this performance have a smartphone with a compatible OS and that can use SMS authentication.
