■For chat background music...On the LINE [Talk] page, tap the [≡] mark, then [BGM] and set the INI setting to “LOUD” from LINE MUSIC.

■For profile BGM...Tap [Set BGM] on the LINE [Home] page and set the INI “LOUD” from LINE MUSIC.

*LINE profile BGM can be set even if you are a free LINE MUSIC user, but if you want to set it more than once within a month or play a song for more than 31 seconds on the LINE MUSIC app, you will need to register for a plan with LINE MUSIC.
