*Applications will be entered in order of preference. You can apply for multiple performances, but tickets will be drawn by lottery. In addition, the winning rate will not change due to multiple applications.

[Notes on tickets]
・All seats for KCON 2022 Premiere will be selected by lottery.
・Only one person can enter per ticket. One ticket cannot be used by multiple customers.
・Purchased tickets cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.
・In order to prevent infectious diseases, the information you enter at the time of purchase will be registered as visitor information. Please be sure to purchase in the name of the person who will be attending on the day.
・On the day of the event, we plan to check the ticket information and visitor information. ID is required on the day of the event, so please check the information that will be announced on the official website at a later date.
・ Visitor information entered at the time of purchase will be valid on the day. Please note that it is not possible to change the number of visitors.
・If the ticket information and visitor information cannot be matched, we will check the purchase details on the spot. If we cannot confirm your identity, we may refuse your admission.
・If it is discovered that the ticket has been transferred or resold, the ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave. In addition, if you apply through the fan club, the organizer will report the information of the applicable person to the fan club.
・Performing artists may be canceled or changed due to circumstances. Please note that tickets will not be refunded in that case.
・Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
・Re-entry is not allowed.

[Regarding the prevention of new coronavirus infection]
・This performance will be held after taking preventive measures against the new coronavirus infection.
・Tickets will be sold according to the guidelines of the venue.
・At the time of admission, the ticket stub must be removed by the customer himself under the direction of the staff near the entrance. Please hand the ticket stub to the staff and enter.
・Personal information registered at the time of ticket application will be managed responsibly by the organizer. Please note that depending on the situation, we may provide it to public institutions such as public health centers and venues. Personal information will be stored for about one month and then destroyed in an appropriate manner.
・Please be sure to measure your body temperature before coming to the venue on the day. Please note that if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, you will not be able to enter.
・Please cooperate with alcohol disinfection at the time of admission.
・Temperatures will be taken with a non-contact thermometer upon entry. Those with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will be refused entry. (In that case, the ticket fee will not be refunded)
・Be sure to wear a mask when entering. Those who do not wear it will be refused entry. (In that case, the ticket fee will not be refunded)
・Please download the new coronavirus contact confirmation application (COCOA) to your smartphone in advance. If possible, please do so at least 14 days before the performance. Before using the software, please make sure that it has been updated to the latest version.
・Please refrain from talking/speaking in a loud voice from the time you wait to enter the venue to when you leave the venue.
・Customers who wish to use the disabled space must apply to DISK GARAGE at least 3 days before the performance. If you do not apply in advance and come to the venue, we may not be able to guide you to the venue because it will be difficult to secure a space for people with disabilities due to measures against the new coronavirus infection.
・We do not accept presents for each artist, arranged flowers (congratulatory flowers), or dressing room flowers.
・Please refrain from waiting for entry and exit, as it will cause inconvenience not only to the performers, but also to the venue, surrounding facilities, and residents.
・Re-entry and bringing in food and drink are prohibited.
・Photography, recording, recording, and streaming are prohibited in the venue. Please note that if a prohibited act is discovered, the ticket will be confiscated and the venue will be expelled.
・If you cannot comply with the rules and manners requested by the organizer, you may be refused entry or may be asked to leave.
・Please note that tickets cannot be refunded unless the performance is postponed or cancelled.
・We will ask for a lot of cooperation from our customers in carrying out the performance while striving to prevent infection.
