1) Install the "LINE MUSIC" app.

2) Log in to "LINE MUSIC" and play the MV of INI "CALL 119".

3) From the profile settings of "LINE", set the MV of INI "CALL 119" as the profile MV.

4) Send a screenshot of your profile screen with the MV of INI "CALL 119" and the necessary information to the application form.
