<Notes regarding tickets and performances>

★Please be sure to check the following terms and conditions before purchasing tickets and only purchase tickets after you have agreed to them.

・Children under 4 years old are not allowed to enter. From 4 years old, a separate ticket is required.

・All admission tickets for this performance will be reserved and issued as electronic tickets (smartphone only).

・If you purchase two or more tickets, you are not required to share the tickets with your companions.

If your companion does not have a smartphone, entry procedures will only be carried out if they enter at the same time as the applicant.

・We may ask you to confirm your identity on the day of the performance. Also, if a customer whose name does not match the name on your registration arrives, we may refuse entry.

- Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason.

If it is discovered that you are transferring or reselling your ticket, your ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave.

・Tickets purchased cannot be exchanged, changed, or canceled, regardless of the reason. Also, performing artists may cancel or change due to circumstances. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

- Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including if lost, discarded, stolen, damaged or forgotten.

・Re-entry to this performance is not permitted.

・On the day of the performance, those who come in wheelchairs will be guided to a wheelchair viewing space. In order to secure a viewing space, please contact the performance inquiry number at least one week before the performance after purchasing tickets. Only those who require assistance may bring one companion with them to watch the performance, but they must have a ticket. Depending on the situation, companions may be asked to watch the performance from their own seats. For confirmation, we may ask you to show proof such as a disability certificate.

・Please note that depending on your seat, you may not be able to see or may have difficulty seeing parts of the performance.

・This event will also be recorded for a television program. Your behavior during the event may be broadcast or streamed on television or other video streaming services.

・We cannot accept gifts or flowers on the day.

- Please refrain from using any seat other than the one you have purchased, or from any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers.

・If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, we may be forced to ask you to leave for security reasons. In that case, please note that no refunds will be given for ticket prices or other items.

・Please note that some performances may include reserved seating (standing is prohibited).
