■“おMINI送られ会”概要■

Greetings and farewells from all INI members: Held after each performance

*INI members will visit the winners and greet them directly. The winners will be asked to wait at the location.

*There will be no contact with INI members, autographs, or commemorative photos at this event. Also, please note that you cannot receive gifts.

* Details such as the meeting time and meeting place of this event will be announced separately to the winners only.

*Please note that if you do not follow the various precautions and participation conditions provided to the winners, you may be refused participation in the event, so please be aware in advance before participating.

*This event will be held after each performance of "2025 INI LIVE [XQUARE- MASTERPIECE]".

*Tickets for each day's performance are not required. Those who do not have a performance ticket can still participate.

*Those who are selected to receive an invitation to the "MINI Send-off Party" will be participating at the same time as the winners of the "MINI Send-off Party (Meet & Greet)" invitation to the "2025 INI LIVE [XQUARE- MASTERPIECE]" commemorative post-performance, which is available exclusively at the INI OFFICIAL STORE, and the winners of the lottery to pre-order the new CD. Thank you for your understanding.

*Participation in the "MINI Sending Party" on each date is limited to one per person. Please note that even if you have won multiple times, including the CD pre-order lottery, you can only participate once. Please also note that the transfer of winning rights is prohibited.

*If your child is a minor, please follow local regulations and obtain parental consent to participate. However, parents may accompany preschool children only.

*If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the "MINI Send-off Party." In that case, your winnings will be invalid, so please be careful.

*Depending on the situation on the day, the start time may change suddenly or it may take some time for the tour to begin. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for customers arriving home (such as arriving by the last train).

*No compensation will be provided for transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. in any case where the special event is canceled, delayed, or interrupted.

*Due to various circumstances, the event content or members may be changed or canceled. In such cases, the event will not be rescheduled. Furthermore, we cannot cancel or refund services due to changes or cancellations. We ask for your understanding.

*The service cannot be canceled or refunded even if you are unable to participate for personal reasons.

*The right to win the "MINI Send-off Party" is only valid on the winning date. It cannot be used on any other dates.

*Only the winner of the lottery can participate in the "MINI Send-off Party." Companions cannot participate under any circumstances.

*Winners will be required to present a designated "valid ID" (with photo) on the day to verify their identity. Only ID with a photo is valid. Valid ID is listed at the end of the page, so please be sure to check. If you do not have valid ID, you will not be allowed to participate. Please prepare it in advance before participating.

*Copies and expired documents will be invalid, so please be sure to bring the original document that is within the expiration date.

*Digital ID displayed on smartphones or other electronic devices (e.g., My Number card information stored on a smartphone) cannot be used as identification for this event. Anyone without official proof of identity will be refused entry.

*The personal information you provide will be shared between LAPONE ENTERTAINMENT, YOSHIMOTO KOGYO, and Fanplus. In addition, your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the operation of this campaign.

*Please note that we may take photos of the "MINI Send-off Ceremony" on the day.

*Winners are strictly prohibited from recording, filming, or taking pictures with mobile phones, video cameras, etc. Please note that you will be asked to turn off your mobile phone before the start of the "MINI Send-off Party."

* Handing over gifts to members is prohibited.

*In order to ensure the safety of our customers and artists, we may conduct security inspections and temporary storage of baggage.

*Please follow the instructions of the attendants and staff on the day. If you do not follow the instructions, we may refuse your participation or, if necessary, cancel the "MINI Send-off Party."

*The organizer will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur at the venue due to failure to follow staff instructions and precautions.

* Event participants are anti-social forces, etc. (organized crime groups, gang members, right-wing groups, anti-social forces, and other similar persons; the same shall apply hereinafter), or maintain, operate, or manage anti-social forces, etc. through funding or other means. If the organizer determines that the person has some kind of interaction or involvement with anti-social forces, such as cooperating with or participating in will do.

*If you appear to be feeling unwell, our staff may contact you and restrict your participation in the "MINI Send-off Party." If you begin to feel unwell during the event, please do not push yourself and immediately inform a nearby staff member.

【FCブースにお越しいただく際の注意事項】※必ずお読みください

*We do not allow activities such as waiting in line from early in the morning as it may cause inconvenience to the surrounding area. Please line up according to the staff's instructions. We strictly prohibit staying up all night around the facility, sitting in from early morning, blocking walkways, or waiting to enter or exit the facility.

*Any queues that are formed before the start of lining up will be invalid. Staff will guide queues.

*Please refrain from cutting into the line or running when the line starts or when the sale starts, as it is extremely dangerous. We are not responsible for any troubles between customers.

*The booth time, entrance line, and waiting area may change depending on the weather and other conditions on the day. Also, depending on the operational situation, the entrance method may change or the booth may be closed without notice. We ask for your understanding in advance. In that case, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.

*The following actions are prohibited as they may cause trouble for other guests.
