*As a measure to prevent resale, this event will be issued with electronic tickets from the official INI app "INI OFFICIAL APP".

*This event can only be attended by the winner. Companions cannot participate under any circumstances.

*Only one preschool child may accompany per seat. However, as seats are not available, please ensure that children sit on your lap.

*Please note that if your child is of school age and does not have a ticket for this event, they will not be able to attend the event.

*Due to various circumstances, the performance date, opening time, start time, performers, etc. may be changed or canceled. In such cases, there will be no rescheduling. In addition, we cannot accept cancellations of purchased products due to changes or cancellations. Please be aware of this in advance.

* Even if you do not participate due to personal reasons, the product price cannot be refunded.

*Please note that sitting, loitering, or gathering around the venue on the day of the event is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers. If such behavior is discovered, you may be denied participation in the event.

*If you have lost your winning e-mail or have forgotten the items required for entry listed in your winning e-mail, you will not be able to enter for any reason. Also, we will not reissue it.

*The organizer is not responsible for any accidents, thefts, troubles, etc. caused by customers inside or outside the venue. In addition, if a similar act causes an accident or injury to a third party, the parties will be required to resolve the issue. The organizer will not be involved in any discussion or other problem solving.

Anyone who violates or fails to comply with the above may be refused entry or may be asked to leave. Fan club members may withdraw from the fan club. Please note that the admission fee and annual membership fee will not be refunded in that case.

*Due to artist or other circumstances, we may be forced to cancel or change all or part of the benefits and events. In any case, please note that we will not accept any returns or refunds for products due to the cancellation or change of benefits and events.

Regarding cheering goods

・When using cheering goods, please refrain from holding them above your chest.

・It is prohibited to protrude from your seat when using fans, slogans, etc.

・If the staff determines that it will interfere with the production or cause trouble for other customers, we may refuse to use it.

・It is possible to decorate official goods as long as they fit within the size of each product.

~Notes regarding songs that can be filmed at the 9TH SINGLE 'ANTHEM' SHOWCASE TOUR "The Anthem of New Horizons"~

During the performance, we will designate only one song for which photography is permitted.

Filming and recording are prohibited at all times except for the designated songs (including talk segments and video footage).

If any of these actions are discovered, your camera equipment may be confiscated and you may be asked to leave the venue. Please enjoy the performance while respecting the rules.

*Shooting is possible only with smartphones and mobile phones. Please be careful not to disturb other customers.

*Please note that taking photos with cameras such as SLR cameras, or tablets such as iPads or Android devices, is prohibited.

*Bringing in any photography/recording devices other than smartphones and mobile phones is strictly prohibited.

* Flash photography is prohibited as it interferes with the production.

* We will inform you about the songs that can be filmed during the performance on the day. We cannot answer even if you contact us in advance.

* Shooting other than the songs that can be shot is strictly prohibited.

* Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff regarding shooting. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, we may refuse to take pictures.

<Regarding resale/transfer>

*Applications for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to resell the winning benefits to a third party for any reason. Also, the act of providing to a third party for resale is prohibited.

*If we discover that tickets have been listed at auctions or resold at high prices, we will refuse the seller and purchaser permission to participate in the event and will prohibit them from participating in or entering any future INI events. We will verify the identity of the winner on the day of the event, but if we are unable to verify their identity, we will also refuse their participation. Reselling includes listing/bidding on auctions, buying and selling on the Internet or social media, buying and selling through ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, and malicious third parties.

<About sound recording, video recording, and photography>

*Bringing photography and recording equipment (cameras, binoculars with photography function, recorders, video recording equipment, etc.) to the event, taking photos with cameras, mobile phones, etc. inside the venue, shooting videos, recording audio, live streaming Acts such as (live broadcast with audio and video) are completely prohibited in order to protect the artist's rights.

*Due to the frequent occurrence of voyeurism and eavesdropping using smartphones, smartwatches, binoculars with camera functions, etc., staff may check if your smartphone is sticking out of your bag or pocket, or if you are using a smartphone, smartwatch, or binoculars during the performance. *On the day of the event, video and photo cameras will be available. Please note that the image of your audience seat may be reflected in the photos and videos to the extent that you are a visitor.
