It has been decided that KIMURA MASAYA will appear in the movie "High School Family," which will be released on January 8, 2027 (Friday).

This film is a live-action adaptation of the popular manga "High School Family" (published by Shueisha Jump Comics), which was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) from 2020 to 2023. As the title suggests, it captivated many readers with its unprecedented premise of "an entire family becoming high school students," Ryo Nakama's unique dialogue style, and gentle humor that doesn't hurt anyone.

KIMURA will play the role of Naruse Seitaro, the captain of the boys' volleyball team in his third year at Medetai High School.
