Notice of Revision Terms of service
Thank you for using "INI OFFICIAL FANCLUB" on a regular basis.
We would like to inform you that some of Terms of service have been revised.

[Revision ①]
The notation accompanying the 2020 revision of the Civil Code has been included in all terms. (Article 2)

Due to the revision of the Civil Code in 2020, it has become possible to change the Terms at our discretion for terms that fall under the “Articles of Incorporation”. In that case, we will be obligated to display it. In this revision, we have stated again that it is a "standard contract" and the obligation to display it.

We have deleted the clause about individual payment methods, and added that the charge type is described in the "notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" separately established by our company. (Article 3, Paragraph 3)

With this revision of Terms of service, we have consolidated our Terms of service into one. Along with that, we have stated that the payment method is specified in the "notation based on the specified commercial transaction" separately defined by our company.

Changes to Our Disclaimer (Article 6, Paragraph 2)

Due to the revision of the Consumer Contract Law, some ambiguous disclaimers that make it difficult to claim compensation will be invalidated. In this revision, we have clarified our exemption provisions.

We have included a severability clause in all our agreements. (Article 9)

Due to the revision of the Consumer Contract Law, some ambiguous clauses that make it difficult to claim compensation have been invalidated. At that time, it is stated that other provisions are valid.
