Please check your member information from "Confirm/Change Member Information" on My Page after logging in to the site.

If the package does not arrive due to customer reasons such as an incorrect address, we will not be able to respond. Please be sure to follow the steps below.

1) Confirmation of registered address

We cannot resend due to an incorrect address.

If you have an apartment name or building name, please register it correctly without abbreviating it.

If you have any concerns about registering or writing your own address,

Please check with the nearest post office or the sales office of the delivery company.

Because the rules may differ depending on the region, even if you make an inquiry regarding the correctness of your address, we will not be able to give you an accurate answer.

If the address is different from the nameplate of your home, the benefits you sent will be returned due to "wrong nameplate".
