発送後【配送事故等による未着・不良品】に限り再発送対応受付を行います。住所不備等、お客様理由による未着の場合、ご対応はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

住所不備等がないにも関わらず未着の場合は、他の発送物に紛れていないか、ご家族の方がお受け取りされていないか等再度ご確認いただき、上記で解決しない場合は、最寄りの郵便局へご相談・調査いただきますようお願いいたします。
