What should I do if my address or phone number changes?

You can change your address and phone number information yourself.

After logging in, please proceed from "Confirm/change member information > Confirm/change registered details > Edit" on MY PAGE.

*Be sure to access the site with a browser (Safari/Chrome) when completing the procedure.

* In-app browsers (Yahoo! JAPAN app/Google app) are not guaranteed to work.

・If you live in an apartment complex, please register without omitting the building name and room number.

・If the nameplate is different from the registered name, please register with [●● (nameplate name)] at the end of the address.
