You may be automatically unsubscribed in the following cases.


▼For credit card payment

If it is determined that payment cannot be made with the registered credit card due to insufficient balance or expiration date, your membership will be automatically canceled.

*Please ask your credit card company about the reason for payment failure.


▼[Monthly Membership Fee Course] If you select carrier payment

If any of the following apply, your payment information will not be carried over.

・Cancellation of mobile company, change of contract details (name/phone number, etc.)

・ Change of model due to change of mobile company


After logging in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) within 30 days of being canceled

By re-registering (= payment procedure), you will be able to resume using the service by inheriting your membership status such as your joining date and points.

If 30 days have passed since you canceled your membership, or if you used a different email address,

Please note that your registration cannot be carried over and you will become a new member.
